Spectaire Holdings Inc. announced that on October 28, 2024, Chris Grossman resigned as Chief Executive Officer and, on October 29, 2024, Brian Semkiw replaced Mr. Grossman as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Semkiw is currently a director of the Company and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company immediately prior to Mr. Grossman?s service.
