Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices from Spectrum ASA
(the "Company" or "Spectrum", ticker "SPU") concerning the subsequent offering of up to NOK 48,000,000 (the "Subsequent Offering").

As previously announced, the subscription period for the Subsequent Offering will expire at 16:30 (CET) today. Subscription rights not used to subscribe for shares in the Subsequent Offering before the end of the subscription period will lapse without compensation to the holder, and consequently be of no value. Over-subscription and subscription without subscription rights is allowed.

The subscription price per Offer Share is NOK 32, equal to the subscription price in the NOK 320 million private placement completed on 1 June 2015.
