At the extraordinary general meeting of SpectrumOne  on March 31, 2022 it was resolved to distribute 374 220 904 shares in Observit AB (publ) to the shareholders of SpectrumOne. The Board of Directors was authorized to determine the record date for the distribution. The record date has now been decided to June 30, 2022.

The shares in Observit will be distributed in proportion to each individual shareholder's holding of shares in SpectrumOne on the record date of the distribution. For every (1) share in SpectrumOne, one (1) share in Observit is obtained.

The last day for trading in SpectrumOne's shares, including the right to receive shares in Observit, is June 28, 2022. As of June 29, 2022, SpectrumOne's shares will be traded without the right to receive shares in Observit.

The record date has been decided taking into account the current situation on the financial markets as well as internal financial and administrative issues within the SpectrumOne group, and the conclusion has been made that it is in the best interest of the companies that Observit remains a subsidiary of SpectrumOne throughout q2 2022 and that the listing of Observit shares will take place during q3 2022.

Observit will initiate the procedure for listing with immediate effect to be ready for listing in q3 2022.

June 30, 2022 - Record date for the distribution of shares in Observit

Q3 2022 - Excepted first day of trading in Observit's shares
