Cergy, 7 June 2022 -SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces the appointment of Philippe Soulenq as Group Treasury and Financing Director.

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires at Paris-East Créteil University, Philippe Soulenq went on to complete a master's degree in finance and management at the same institution, in collaboration with the Ecole Centrale Paris, before starting his career in 1998 as a financial controller within the ACCOR Group. He moved to the Technip Group in 2000 where he remained until 2022. He continued to develop his skills over this period and held several posts including notably CFO for the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, Director of Project Finance, Treasury and Proposals Coordination for the EMEIA region and Corporate Treasury Director of the TechnipFMC Group. In 2021, he was appointed Corporate Treasury Director of the Technip Energies Group.

In his new role as SPIE's Group Treasury and Financing Director, Philippe Soulenq will report to Jérôme Vanhove, Group Chief Financial Officer.
