On July 15, 2022, JetBlue Airways Corporation announced that it has issued a statement regarding the revised recommendation issued by Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS). JetBlue Airways stated that ISS chose to formally update its recommendation to Spirit Airlines, Inc. shareholders to vote against Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. transaction. JetBlue Airways added that it remains confident that the Company shareholders continue to recognize the superiority of the proposal and encourage them to vote against the Frontier transaction.
