SPIRIT TELECOM COMPLETES INTEGRATION OF PHONE NAMES ACQUISITION Spirit Telecom Limited (ASX: ST1) ("Spirit") is pleased to announce the successful integration of its recent acquisition of Phone Names into the Spirit business.

On December 16 2016, Spirit completed the acquisition of Phone Names and can now announce that the migration of the core business components such as billing, customer support and operational functions have been successfully completed on time and within expectations.

The integration has resulted in the expected reduction of operating costs, due to consolidation of staff numbers and efficiencies in operating expenses.

The integration was relatively quick within 100 days, which means that Spirit can turn more of its attention to focussing on marketing activities to maximise the investment.

Spirit can report that it is experiencing demand for the Phone Names product in the Spirit customer base and have already made some initial cross sales proving up the business model. Additional marketing activities will see a continuation of cross selling Spirit services to the Phone Names customer base and increasing Phone Names profitability through actively seeking and developing new business growth opportunities.
