Sportamore AB Announces Resignation of Birgitta Stymne Göransson from Board of Directors

Birgitta Stymne Göransson has announced her resignation from the Board of Directors of Sportamore at her own request. Birgitta Stymne Göransson is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Industrifonden, which is a shareholder of Footway, and Industrifonden has committed to participate in the rights issue financing the Offer.
