Spotify Technology S.A. (NYSE:SPOT) completed the acquisition of Podz Inc., from M13 Ventures Management, LLC, Canaan Management, Inc., Charge Ventures, Humbition Management, LLC, Katie Couric and Paris Hilton for €45 million on June 17, 2021. Of the total consideration, €36 million is paid in cash at closing and €9 million in deferred consideration. Howard Ellin, Christopher Barlow, Stuart Levi, Karen Corman, Kimberly Franko Lower, Page Griffin and Steven Matays of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP acted as legal advisors to Spotify Technology S.A.
