Spotless is pleased to have been awarded four of eight new contracts delivering maintenance services to NSW Government sites across four regions of the State.

Four contractors including Spotless, will be providing maintenance to 3,000 government sites, saving the Government an estimated $60 million over the four-and-a-half-year contract term. Spotless will have the biggest maintenance footprint, servicing schools, TAFE campuses, ambulance stations and fire stations in Sydney, Western Sydney, Hunter/Central Coast and Southern NSW.

The Spotless contract team, made up of 83 employees, will provide operational and project management delivery through asset management and maintenance, as well as business support across the areas of risk and compliance, finance, procurement, safety and training, claims and the contact centre. As part of the contract, Spotless has committed to targets in relation to Aboriginal and disability employment.

The contract commenced on 1 July 2018 for the initial term of 4.5 years, with two additional extension years.
