Springland International Holdings Limited Proposes Interim Dividend for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2015, Payable on or About October 20, 2015

Springland International Holdings Limited proposed to pay an interim dividend of HK 4 cents per ordinary share of the company for the six months ended June 30, 2015 to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the company on September 30, 2015. It is expected that the interim dividend will be paid on or about 20 October 2015.
