SQLI: proposed simplified tender offer filed with the AMF

Banque Degroof Petercam, acting on behalf of SAS Synsion BidCo, has filed with the AMF a draft simplified tender offer (OPAS) for SQLI shares, which will resume trading on September 23.

The offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a price of 54 euros per share, all 643,502 existing SQLI shares not held by it, representing 13.79% of the capital of this IT services company.

He intends to request, at the end of the offer period, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out for the SQLI shares not tendered to the offer, at a price of 54 euros per share.
