The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of residential and commercial properties. The Property Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of offices and commercial properties owned by the Company. The Hotel Operations segment is engaged in the provision of hotel accommodation, hotel catering and conference hall services. The Corporate and Other Operations segment is principally involved in the provision of property management services. The Company is also involved in the procurement management and technology housing development businesses, as well as the provision of construction services through its subsidiaries.
