Backbay Investment Managers Private Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Trinity Alternative Investment Managers Ltd. from Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (BSE:523756) for INR 13 million on September 10, 2021. As per the transaction, consideration to be received is INR 13.29 million i.e. INR 166.23 per Equity Share. The expected date of completion of the transaction is within 7 business days from the CP satisfaction certificate.
