Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Bhopal imposed penalty on SRF Limited under Section 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Date of receipt: 29th October, 2024. Default in fulfillment of Renewable Purchase Obligation during the period from November 10, 2010 to March 31, 2024.
Consequently, a penalty of INR 35,000 has been imposed on the Company. The management is confident that the above is unlikely to have any material impact on the Company's financial, operations or other activities.
