D and D International B.V. offered to acquire remaining 20.3% stake in S.T. Dupont S.A. (ENXTPA:DPT) for €14.9 million on October 20, 2021. Offer price is set to €0.14 per share. The Offeror indicated that the Offer would not be subject to any regulatory or other condition precedent.
The offer period will end on February 9, 2022. Alantra advises D & D International B.V. on the simplified public tender offer followed by a squeeze-out on S.T. Dupont.
