The Board of Directors proposes the election of Maria Teresa Vacalli to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 25, 2018. As CEO of Moneyhouse AG and with more than 16 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry, she will bring her knowledge of digital technologies and the handling of IT risks to the Board of Directors of St.Galler Kantonalbank AG.
Since 2016, Maria Teresa Vacalli has been CEO of Moneyhouse AG, a subsidiary of the NZZ Media Group and the most important platform for business information in Switzerland. Prior to that, she worked in the top management of Sunrise Communications AG as Executive Director Wholesale and, for upc cablecom GmbH, as Deputy Chief Technology Officer and member of the extended Executive Committee. In addition, Maria Teresa Vacalli, inter alia, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bossard Holding AG, Zug, since 2013.
Maria Teresa Vacalli, born 1971, is Swiss citizen and lives in Erlenbach (ZH). She finished her studies at the ETH Zurich in 1998 as a graduate in plant and production engineering and completed executive programs at the St. Galler Business School, the IMD Lausanne and the INSEAD Fontainbleau (F), among others.

With Maria Teresa Vacalli, the Board of Directors of St.Galler Kantonalbank AG consists of nine members from April 25, 2018.
