DGAP-Ad-hoc: Stabilus S.A. / Key word(s): Dividend Stabilus S.A.: Management Board and Supervisory Board propose dividend of ?1.25 per share for fiscal year 2021 Luxembourg/Koblenz, December 9, 2021 - The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Stabilus S.A. (ISIN: LU1066226637) today resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting on February 16, 2022, the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2021 in the amount of ?1.25 per share (dividend paid out for FY2020: ?0.50 per share). The proposed dividend for FY2021 would thus be above the current market expectation and above the dividend level before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, when a dividend of ?1.10 per share was paid for fiscal year 2019. The total proposed dividend payout amounts to ?30.9 million. In relation to the consolidated net income attributable to shareholders, the payout ratio would be approximately 42%, slightly above the Stabilus S.A.'s targeted payout ratio of 20% to 40% of consolidated net income.
