STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE:STAG) acquired Port 290 from Strategic Capital Partners, LLC on June 16, 2022. Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented the seller, Strategic Capital Partners LLC.
