Standard Graphite Announces Voluntary De-listing from the OTCQX

Vancouver, BC - January 16, 2014 - Standard Graphite Corp (TSXV: SGH) (the "Company") announces that the common shares of the Company will be voluntarily delisted from the OTCQX effective the close of market January 17, 2013. The common shares of the Company continue to trade on the TSXV under the symbol "SGH".
