Standex International Corporation announced earnings results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 172.216 million compared to USD 155.474 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 5.650 million compared to USD 16.909 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.427 million compared to net loss of USD 6.323 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.11 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.51 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.14 compared to USD 0.98 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.14 compared to USD 0.97 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 479.797 million compared to USD 465.150 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 36.743 million compared to USD 50.398 million a year ago.
