Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited informed that Mr. Amit Nagdev will be assuming the position of Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited. This is following the resignation of Mr. Kapil Punwani, Chief Risk Officer due to personal reasons vide letter dated 22 November 2024. The board of directors (Board) of the Company has accepted the resignation letter of Mr. Kapil Punwani by way of a resolution passed by circulation and approved on 23 November 2024.
Mr. Kapil Punwani has been relieved of his duties.
