Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Verapong Chaiperm, Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee has resigned from the directorship of SPRC due to the health condition, effective from 1 September 2022 onwards.
