To help in the fight against the COVID-19 crisis as well as to support the medical staff in the Eastern region of Thailand, Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC), led by Mr. Timothy Alan Potter, together with the executive team, provided medical equipment worth 2,230,000 baht to Rayong Hospital and Queen Sirikit Hospital. The donations were received by Wichan Chokruangsakul, Vice Director of Legal and Special Affairs of Rayong Hospital, and RAdm. Choltorn Suwankitti, Director of Queen Sirikit Hospital.

Also, on August 10, 2021, Mr. Timothy Alan Potter, Director of SPRC, together with the executive team, contributed donations of money and medical and essential equipment from the "SPRC Double Happiness… Happiness of Giving is Greater Than Ever Year 2" program, worth 1,500,000 baht in total, to 9 hospitals and 13 field hospitals which are operated by the 9 local hospitals including:

The "SPRC Double Happiness… Happiness of Giving is Greater Than Ever Year 2" program invites every SPRC family member to fund for medical equipment for the public hospitals nationwide. It was open for donation from May 1 to July 31, 2021. After that, SPRC would double the amount of the donated money and then proceeded to donate it to the hospitals.

SPRC hope that all the medical equipment would become useful to the frontline health workers, who have been fighting the COVID-19 crisis selflessly and tirelessly. In addition, SPRC is committed to supporting local communities, working together with them to make necessary preparation for COVID-19 response.
