Operating loss was USD 28,972 compared to operating Income of USD 155,065 a year ago. Net loss was USD 40,766 compared to net income of USD 155,609 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 374,570 compared to USD 352,264 a year ago. Operating loss was USD 133,989 compared to operating Income of USD 124,763 a year ago. TSG is a private label and branded aerosol and liquid fill manufacturer with manufacturing assets in verticals, including paints, coatings and adhesives, and household.
