CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND

PROCESS AGENT

The board of Directors (the "Board") of Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Hung Ching Fung ("Mr. Hung") has resigned as the authorised representative of the Company ("Authorised Representative") under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and resigned as the authorised representative of the Company ("Process Agent") for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong on its behalf under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from the close of business on 31 August 2020. Mr. Hung has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange in relation to his resignation.

The Board announces that Mr. Chau Chit, an executive Director, has been appointed as the Authorised Representative and the Process Agent following the resignation of Mr. Hung from the aforesaid positions.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises seven executive Directors, namely Mr. Fang Jun, Mr. Chau Chit, Mr. Luo Lei, Mr. Sang Kangqiao, Mr. Gao Qun, Mr. Chen Jie, and Ms. Wu Xiaoli; and four independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Wong Wai Kwan, Mr. Michael Ngai Ming Tak, Mr. Ma Runsheng and Mr. Wong Wai Hung.
