(d)On October 19, 2022, the Steelcase Inc. Board of Directors (the "Board") elected Sanjay Gupta to serve as a member of the Board with a term expiring in 2023. Mr. Gupta is Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Digital Officer of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. Mr. Gupta was also appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board, effective October 19, 2022.
