Steinhoff Investments: Resumption Of Trade Steinhoff Investment Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Registration Number: 1954/001893/06 JSE Code: SHFF ISIN: ZAE000068367 ('Steinhoff Investments' or 'the Company' and including its subsidiaries 'Group') STEINHOFF INVESTMENTS: RESUMPTION OF TRADE Shareholders are referred to the announcements made by the JSE and the Company on 1 March 2018 informing the market that the listing of the Company's variable rate, cumulative non-redeemable, non-participating preference shares (the 'Preference Shares') had been suspended for failure by the Company to submit its annual report for the financial year ended 30 September 2017 on or before 28 February 2018 ('the Suspension'). Further reference is made to the numerous market updates released by the Company and Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. ('Steinhoff NV') since the date of the Suspension in relation to progress made in normalising the Company's reporting timetable. The Company and the JSE have, since the date of the Suspension, engaged comprehensively in order to agree a timeline for publication of the Company's outstanding annual financial statements with the ultimate aim of resuming trade of the Preference Shares.
