Pursuant to article IA.2.3.5 of the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Stellantis N.V. provides notice of its fully subscribed and paid-up share capital as of the date hereof.
No change occurred in the number of common shares comprised in the share capital of the Company which are 3,132,572,861, par value € 0.01 per share.
In accordance with the resolution adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 15, 2021, all the 449,410,092 class B special voting shares held by the Company were cancelled as of October 8, 2021, resulting in a reduction of the Company's issued capital. Therefore, the class B special voting shares comprised in the share capital of the Company are n. 208.622, par value €
0.01 per share. The special voting shares are not listed, cannot be traded and do not participate in dividend distributions.
