'This Mopar Dodge SRT crew really put a great car underneath me during qualifying this weekend and we're sitting No. 1 going into race day.
'We've got to go rounds. There's no doubt about it. We'll take that No. 1 qualifier now and take that momentum into race day tomorrow. This Hellcat is running strong, man. It was running so strong that on that last run the rear was trying to pass the front end. We were just trying to go after it a little bit too hard but we didn't have anything to lose. It was one of those things where (Crew Chief)

'I was third quickest in the last session and I was really looking for a three-second run this weekend but it seems like if you get behind here it's really tricky up here on the mountain. If you miss (getting a good run in) early, it's kind of tough to come back to that, but I'm sure (Crew Chief)

'We've really been working hard the past few weeks with setups and testing these two Drag Pak Challengers with setups and between Mark's car and mine we've been working with some different parts and we're still figuring out the configuration with this new 2021 Drag Pak with the shocks and suspension and transitions and transfer. So far, it seems like the tune-up is working and that's kudos to the work the team did with testing. I've never been so happy with an 8.26 and that puts us fourth in the field against some stout heavy hitters. This is what we expect of this Mopar team, to dig deep and find some gold here on the mountain.'

2021 marks the year that Dodge is distilled into a pure performance brand, offering Hellcat-powered, 700-plus-horsepower SRT versions of every model across the lineup. For the 2021 model year, Dodge delivers the drag-strip dominating 807-horsepower Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock, the new 797-horsepower Dodge Charger SRT Redeye, the most powerful and fastest mass-produced sedan in the world, and the new 710-horsepower Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat, the most powerful SUV ever. Combined, these three muscle cars make Dodge the industry's most powerful brand, offering more horsepower than any other American brand across its entire lineup.
In 2020, Dodge was named the '#1 Brand in Initial Quality,' making it the first domestic brand ever to rank No. 1 in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study (IQS). The Dodge brand also ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power APEAL Study (mass market). These results are historic because it marks the first time a domestic brand has earned top spots in both
