(Alliance News) - Stellantis NV has estimated consolidated global deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2024 at 1.4 million units, down 9 percent from the same period in 2023.
As Milano Finanza writes Friday, the figure represents an improvement over the 20 percent drop in the third quarter, thanks to inventory reductions and the launch of new models in Europe.
In North America, deliveries were down 115,000 units or 28 percent from 2023, but sales fell a smaller 5 percent thanks to disciplined inventory management, which was reduced by about 80,000 units. The U.S. network ended the quarter with 300,000 units, positioning the company for launches of new Jeep, Ram and Dodge models in 2025.
In Europe, deliveries were down 6 percent, improving from a 17 percent drop in the previous quarter, thanks to the launch of the Citroën C3/ë-C3. In emerging markets, deliveries grew 5 percent, with increases of 12 percent in South America and stability in the Middle East and Africa, offsetting declines in China, India and Asia Pacific.
