0406 GMT - Stellantis NV is one of the most mentioned companies in the news over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after the company said its joint venture with Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. was declaring bankruptcy. The JV makes Jeep vehicles in China. Stellantis said Monday that it would continue to provide services to Jeep customers in China. It had previously said it was pulling out of the JV and would instead export Jeep-branded vehicles to China. On Friday, the European car maker said it was offering voluntary buyouts to U.S. employees as part of a restructuring plan. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva. (jacques.vanwersch@dowjones.com)
