The transaction included participation from SIP Global Partners, Muirwoods Ventures, Harpoon Ventures Management, LLC, StepStone Group Inc., Gopher Asset Management Co., Ltd., Walleye Capital LLC, Aliya Capital Partners LLC, and existing investors Lightspeed Ventures, LLC, Battery Ventures, Charles River Ventures, Inc., and others. The round was over-subscribed.
