RedBird Capital Partners LLC and StepStone Group Inc. (NasdaqGS:STEP) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Talent Systems, LLC on June 26, 2022. Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP served as legal advisor to RedBird. William Blair served as financial advisor to Talent Systems, and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP served as legal advisor to the company.
