Sterling Bank Plc hereby announces as follows:

Period Ended	31st December 2021
Proposed Dividend	A dividend of 10 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 27th May 2022.
Proposed Bonus	Nil
Closure of Register	The Register of Members will be closed Monday,30th May 2022 to Friday, 3rd June 2022. from
Qualification Date	Friday, 27th May 2022
Payment Date	On Thursday, 16 June 2022, the dividend will be paid electronically to Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the close of trading on Friday, 27th May 2022, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts
E-Dividend Registration	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E- Dividend Mandate Activation Form on the Registrars' website:www.paceregistrars.com, complete and submit it to the Registrar or their respective banks.
Unclaimed Dividends Warrants and Share Certificates	Shareholders with dividend warrants that have remained unclaimed or yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrars.
Date of General Meeting	The 60th Annual General Meeting will be held by Proxy in line with the Guidelines of the Corporate Affairs Commission as well as the COVID- 19 Pandemic Safety Protocols at MUSON Centre, Marina, Lagos on Thursday, 16 June 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
