From July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021, the company has repurchased 773,063 shares, representing 0.94% for $31.89 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 27,779,860 shares, representing 29.85% for $935.72 million under the buyback announced on May 10, 2005.
Steven Madden, Ltd., and its subsidiaries designs, sources, and markets fashion-forward branded and private label footwear, accessories, and apparel. The Wholesale Footwear segment designs, sources, and markets its brands and sells its products to department stores, mass merchants, off-price retailers, shoe chains, online retailers, national chains, specialty retailers, independent stores, and clubs.
