From January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 967,000 shares, representing 1.26% for $34.66 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 32,903,860 shares, representing 36.33% for $1,125.4 million under the buyback announced on May 10, 2005.
Steven Madden, Ltd., and its subsidiaries designs, sources, and markets fashion-forward branded and private label footwear, accessories, and apparel. The Wholesale Footwear segment designs, sources, and markets its brands and sells its products to department stores, mass merchants, off-price retailers, shoe chains, online retailers, national chains, specialty retailers, independent stores, and clubs.
