On December 1, 2020, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of the Company's common stock for the fourth quarter 2020, payable December 31, 2020, to common stockholders of record on December 15, 2020.
