Stillfront Group AB (publ) has signed an unsecured revolving credit facility of SEK 2.5 billion with maturity in June 2027. The new credit facility gives Stillfront cost-effective financing, an increased financial flexibility, and a prolonged time to maturity. The new revolving credit facility will replace the unsecured revolving credit facility of SEK 3.75 billion provided under the facilities agreement entered into in December 2020 and extended under its two-year extension option in November 2022.

The facility is supported by DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch; Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige; and Swedbank AB (publ). Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal advisor to Stillfront.
