Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 15, 2020, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.36 per share for the third quarter ending September 30, 2020. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2020 to the Company's stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2020.
