Ströer SE & Co. KGaA (XTRA:SAX) is considering selling its majority stake in Asambeauty Gmbh and has hired investment bank JPMorgan (NYSE:JPM) to explore options for the firm that could be valued in the range of 350 million to 400 million ($452.5 million), business daily Handelsblatt said on December 1, 2021. Online beauty retailers such as Zalando SE (XTRA:ZAL) and Sephora USA, Inc. are considered to be among the potential buyers of the business, the report said citing sources familiar with the matter.
