Subros Limited Announces Resumption of Partial Manufacturing Operations At All Plants

Subros Limited announced that in continuation to earlier communication dated 23rd March, 2020 and 28th April, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company request to kindly note the following: It has been informed on 28th April, 2020 that the Company received permission from the State /District administration to resume partial operations in Manesar (Haryana) and Karsanpura (Gujarat). In this regard the company inform that permission has now been received from the State /District administration to resume partial operations in Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Pune (Maharashtra), Himachal Pradesh and Chennai (Tamilnadu). In this regard the company informed that permission has now been received from the State /District administration to resume partial operations in Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Pune (Maharashtra), Himachal Pradesh and Chennai (Tamilnadu). The manufacturing activities at all the plants shall be re started in a phased manner and the production shall be ramped up /normalized based on customer schedules. The Company is ensuring compliance with the directives /guidelines issued by authorities and shall continue to take requisite measures to ensure safety and well being of its employees and stakeholders.
Subros Limited is an India-based manufacturer of thermal products for automotive applications. The Company manufactures compressors, condensers, heat exchangers and all connecting elements required to complete air conditioning (AC) loop and caters to all segments, such as passenger vehicles, buses, trucks, refrigeration transport and railways. Its car AC and engine cooling parts products include blower, evaporator, cooling module, and hoses and tubes. Its railway AC products include roof mounted driver cab AC for diesel automotive, driver cab AC electric automotive and EMU cab AC. The Company's transport refrigeration system products include reefer SL 1400, reefer SL 3500, evaporator unit SL 3500, reefer SL 500 and compressor. It has a range of residential air conditioners, such as window AC and split AC system (inverter and fixed speed range) and supplies these products as original equipment manufacturer (OEM)/original design manufacturer (ODM) to various brands in the market.
