Minutes of the Board of Directors' Meeting

held on May 11, 2021.

On May 11, at 10 a.m., by videoconference, the Board of Directors of the Company met, as regularly convened, with the presence of the totality of its members, to resolve on the following agenda:

• To approve the election, for the ongoing term of office, ending on a date coinciding with that of the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held in 2022, of Mr. Clovis Poggetti Junior, Brazilian citizen, stable union, business administrator, bearer of the identity document number 29155802 (SSP/SP), enrolled in the Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF/ME) under number 172.994.418-37, resident and domiciled in the city and state of São Paulo, with professional address at Rua dos Pinheiros, nº 1673, as member of the Governance and Disclosure and the Sustainability Committees of the Company.

The matter on the agenda was discussed and unanimously approved by the Board members present at the meeting. There being no further matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned and these minutes were drawn up, read, approved and signed by all.
