NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Sul América SA (B3: SULA11) ("Company" or "SulAmérica") announces to the market and its shareholders that, in an extraordinary meeting held on this date, the Board of Directors became aware of the decision of Mr. Gabriel Portella Fagundes Filho not to renew his mandate as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for the next cycle.

As a result, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Ricardo Bottas Dourado dos Santos, current Vice-President of Control and Investor Relations Officer to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company after the end of Mr. Gabriel Portella's term, on 03/29/2021, and recommended that the transition process be initiated, which will be conducted by Mr. Gabriel Portella with the supervision of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Gabriel Portella has been working with the Company for approximately 37 years and since 2013 as Chief Executive Officer, contributing significantly to SulAmérica's development, the evolution of its results and for the consolidation of the current positioning focused on Integral Health.

Mr. Ricardo Bottas, appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer from 03/29/2021, has been in SulAmérica for more than 5 years, initially as Financial Officer and since 2017 as Vice-President of Control and Investor Relations Officer. Mr. Ricardo Bottas is a business administrator specialized in corporate finance, with more than 23 years of experience in publicly-held companies in the insurance, energy, oil and gas industries and in audit firm.

Additionally, the Board of Directors invited Mr. Gabriel Portella to join the Board of Directors, composing the slate to be submitted to the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled for 03/29/2021, with the certainty of its high capacity to continue contributing to the development of SulAmérica.

Messrs. Gabriel Portella and Ricardo Bottas will start the transition process and will continue to work together, within their respective and current duties until the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting, ensuring the continuity to the strategy outlined for the coming years for SulAmérica, based on the pillar of Integral Health with the aim of accelerating the organic and inorganic development of the Company.
