NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Sul América S.A. (B3: SULA11) ("Company" or "SulAmérica") hereby informs the market and its shareholders, in addition to the Notice to the Market disclosed on 01/12/2021, that the Board of Directors approved, at a meeting held on this date, the election of Mr. Ricardo Bottas Dourado dos Santos as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, replacing Mr. Gabriel Portella Fagundes Filho.

Mr. Ricardo Bottas has been with SulAmérica for more than 5 years and since 2017 as Vice-President of Control and Investor Relations Officer of the Company. Mr. Ricardo Bottas is a business administrator specialized in corporate finance, with more than 24 years of experience in publicly-held companies in the insurance, energy, oil and gas industries and in audit firm.

The Company additionally informs that a process is in progress, with the support of a specialized firm, for definition of its new Vice-President of Control and Investor Relations Officer and, until its conclusion, Mr. Ricardo Bottas will accumulate the position of Investor Relations Officer of the Company.

Finally, the Company highlights that Mr. Gabriel Portella was elected as a member of the Company's Board of Directors at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held also on this date, thus continuing to contribute for the development of SulAmérica.
