Japanese Organization for Medical Device Development, Inc announced a private placement of shares for gross proceeds of ¥610,000,000 on October 23, 2017. The transaction included participation from Sumitomo Bakelite Company Limited (TSE:4203) and Kawasumi Laboratories, Incorporated (TSE:7703). The shares are allotted by way of third party capital increase method.
