Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (TSE:5713) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Sicoxs Corporation from Kaga Electronics Co.,Ltd. (TSE:8154) October 2, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Sumitomo Metal Mining and Kaga Electronics concluded a stock transfer agreement and joint venture contract and actual transfer of stock and the start of the joint venture are scheduled for October 30, 2017.
