Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd. (TSE:8830) concluded the purchase agreement to acquire Daiwa Osaki 3-chome building from Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (TSE:8976) for ¥2.7 billion on July 1, 2019. The consideration will be paid in lump-sum upon completion. In a related transaction, Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (TSE:8976) concluded the purchase agreement to acquire Sumitomo Fudosan Mita 2-chome Building from Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd. (TSE:8830) for ¥2.6 billion on July 1, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 1, 2019. Japan Real Estate Institute acted as appraiser in the transaction.
