The Company is focused on owning premium-branded, select-service hotels primarily in the upscale segment of the United States lodging industry. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 103 lodging assets, 61 of which are wholly owned, with a total of approximately 15,334 guestrooms located in 24 states. The Company's hotels are located in markets, such as corporate offices and headquarters, retail centers, airports, state capitols, convention centers, universities, and leisure attractions. Its guestrooms are operated under franchise brands owned by Marriott International, Inc. (Marriott), Hilton Worldwide (Hilton), Hyatt Hotels Corporation (Hyatt), and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). It also operates dual-branded 264-guestroom AC Hotel by Marriott & Element Miami Brickell. It holds both general and limited partnership interests in Summit Hotel OP, LP (the Operating Partnership).
