Alexandra Lo is appointed Director, Practices and
Development. Ms. Lo advises the firm's Wealth Management and
Brokerage ("WM & B") sector on legal, regulatory and other
related affairs and supports the Chief Executive Officer in
strategic development projects. Prior to joining SHKF, Ms. Lo
worked as a Senior Legal Counsel of a reputable local bank
and has extensive legal experience working at international
law firms, public bodies and the private sector. Ms. Lo has a
Bachelor of Law degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law
from The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, she holds a
Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University and a Masters
degree in Law in Comparative and Chinese Law from The City
University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Hong
Kong Securities and Investment Institute and the Hong Kong
Law Society.
Appointed as Director, Credit, Stanley Shaw leads the Credit
Department to oversee the credit function of WM & B and
Capital Markets. Mr. Shaw commenced his career originally
with Sun Hung Kai Securities Limited and has since acquired
extensive experience in credit and risk management with
various other financial institutions. He has a degree of
Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University
of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology. Mr. Shaw is also a Fellow of The Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants.
Shirley Chan is appointed Senior Vice President, Product
Development and Research of WM & B. Leading the team to
identify new products and business opportunities for WM & B,
Ms. Chan is also responsible for new product evaluation,
ongoing product maintenance as well as product selling
procedures. Being a veteran in product development and
marketing in the banking industry, Ms Chan holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University,
Canada.
