The Company operates its business through subsidiaries, which include Sun Pacific Power Corp. which is specialized in solar, electrical and general construction projects; Mechanical Group Corp, a New Jersey corporation focused on holding the Company's patents; Street Smart Outdoor Corp., which acts as a holding company for the Company's state specific operations in unique advertising through solar bus stops, solar trash cans and street kiosks; Elba Power Corp, an Alabama corporation for the development of a solar assembly company. The Company operates through outdoor advertising segment. Sun Pacific Power Corp. has also entered into an agreement with a South Asian solar manufacturer to act as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Sun Pacific Solar Panels and associated products.
